France - Spain 2-1
Bastille Day is celebrated in France on July 14th every year.
The holiday commemorates the storming of the Bastille fortress-prison on July 14, 1789, considered the symbolic start of the French Revolution. That could pretty much wrap up all the predictions for this match. What is there to say? We all place bets on the teams we root for. It happens on some emotional level — you just love one player or team more, and no matter how many arguments people give you, you'll still beat your chest and shout "Argentina champion."
Football-wise, Spain doesn't have much of a chance. A generational shift is to blame, along with the lack of heavyweight players. Yamal is still too green for that kind of responsibility.
Another thing — teams with the "give the ball to Vinicius and watch what he does with it" approach usually aren't competitive if there's no support behind them, no one covering for mistakes and cleaning things up. They just set up a double team on the flank, and at best it results in weak shots straight into the goalkeeper's hands. If not for Mendes' injury against Portugal, who knows how that match would've ended.
So let's look at the tournament matches: France won all their matches and conceded only 1 goal. Spain had problems in every match except against Saudi Arabia, and for some reason easily beat Austria. They could've slipped up against Uruguay or drawn, let's skip Cape Verde entirely, they could've conceded more against Belgium at some point, and against Portugal they got lucky that Mendes was out and Ronaldo helped them.
Against France it'll be tough. The game is run the way it should be — by a central midfielder, not just handing the ball to Mbappé and watching what he does. Olise runs the game and it's him directing the attack and delivering vertical passes. This isn't that "600 passes sideways and backward" style. Here it's 5-6 passes and a through ball, and given that Olise, Mbappé, Dembélé, and about ten others can take on beating 2 players themselves, it really opens up the opponent, and the forwards' fast feet only need a second of space to break away or take a shot. And what does Spain have? Mark Yamal, and who's left — Rodri, that wooden Oriansabal? So I don't know what kind of conspiracies there should be, but football-wise I've written it exactly as it is. Although Spain won their last 2 matches quite recently, one of them 5-4 after leading 2-0 at halftime. So no one's saying it'll be easy. An interesting match with good, even odds.
Let's stock up on beer and just enjoy the time, betting or not, rooting for our favorite national team.
My predictions:
Handicap 1 (0) 1.75
Total over 2 1.46 — they usually play attacking football on OZ
1X and total over 1.5 1.74
France over 1 1.47
Ousmane Dembélé (France) - Kylian Mbappé (France) over 0.5 1.65 Betcity
Kylian Mbappé (France) - Lamine Yamal (Spain) over 0.5 1.6
France over 4 corners 1.47 Melbet
In the last 5 meetings between them, there have never been fewer than 3 yellow cards
Shots on target France over 3.5 1.37
On ball possession, I think France will choose to play as the second team, and Spain will again be putting out fires with their crazy ball control.

Iberia 1999 - Flora 3-1
This matchup has become one of our favorites — a senior team against a youth team. Their first match ended 3-2, and honestly, after the first half I expected the score to end up much more in Iberia's favor, so I turned that match off. Both teams played attacking football with the Georgians having the mental edge.
I think a lot of us will take this match both as a single bet and as part of accumulators. Just hope they don't let us down with any match-fixing, since Iberia advances even in a draw — and you could even bet on a draw and profit through relatives and friends. The odds on a draw are 4.2, meaning you could quadruple your match winnings, so be careful.
Predictions:
Iberia over 1.5 1.49
Win 1 and total over 1.5 1.75
