South Africa – Canada 1:2
It feels like South Africa deliberately threw the game against Korea just to give Canada an easier matchup in the knockout stage
So, what do we know about the South Africans? They managed to snatch a draw against the Czech Republic with a goal in the dying seconds. Then there was that bizarre match against Korea, where the Korean coach reportedly started beating up his own players in the locker room. Looks like he told them not to throw the match, but they got tempted by whatever incentives they were offered. Otherwise, I honestly can't explain how anyone could lose to this South African team.
The World Cup has already been held in Africa before. This time it's in Canada, where the stadiums are packed and the home crowd is going absolutely crazy for the

**Panama - England 0-2**
A difficult match for betting. I wouldn't risk betting on England over 2.5 because Panama always plays for 1-0. Physically prepared players like Ecuador, but brainless. On one hand, lots of 3 goals, on the other hand, England has a huge advantage. If through Modrić's contacts they find out that the Croats will draw with Ghana, then they don't even need to beat Panama, and for such gifts the bookmaker will help them until the semifinals. A gold mine if England plays 0-0 for the second time. All that mob that went to the championship to cheer for England bets on 5-0, plus a couple of billion worldwide who cum just from the name England, English football and so on. But in reality, this English football is often just kick-run-don't-trip. Hard to guess here, but if we're talking football, 3-0 or 4-0 is just right.
At the World Cup in Russia they played 6-1 without any chance at all.

Germany – Ecuador 0-0 or bookmaker's debt 0-2
Germany are already guaranteed to finish first, so I wouldn't even be surprised if they hand Ecuador three points to make sure Ecuador qualify for the playoffs from third place. I expect the Germans to field a partially rotated squad to avoid injuries and yellow cards.
That's why Ecuador +1.5 at 1.55 looks interesting, especially since Ecuador are generally a defensive, low-scoring team. If both sides were fully motivated to win, then the bookmaker's projected 0-2 scoreline would make sense. But Ecuador desperately need points, so I wouldn't rule out another "bookmaker special" involving top national teams.
Interestingly, the bookmakers are being cautious with Ecuador's team total, setting it at 1.5 rather than 2.0.
Since this match could be one of those semi-arranged situations—where everything appears fair but everyone understands that neither side wan

Switzerland vs Canada — 1:1
Trying to predict the outcome here is almost impossible. Yes, Switzerland would be the favorite in almost any other situation. But Canada are the defending champions. By the way, with a draw like this, Canada would finish first on goal difference.
Although finishing first in this group could mean getting a more favorable opponent from third place, such as the Czech Republic or Scotland. That's certainly better than facing a group winner. So I'm not entirely sure what to expect. On one hand, Switzerland could almost afford not to show up for this match. On the other hand, what if Bosnia pull off a miracle and beat Qatar 4–0?
In any case, both teams will be monitoring developments elsewhere, while we focus on the football itself.
I expect a tight, physical game with both teams scoring. Whether you prefer 1X or X2 is up to you—this one feels like a coin toss.
The +1 handicap o

USA – Australia 2-1
Despite Australia showing a defensive, low-scoring style of play, they tend to have productive matches against the USA.
In 2025 the score was 2-1, and back in 2010 it was 3-1.
The USA are the hosts, and they have no choice but to push forward. Australia have already exceeded expectations by beating Turkey. I don't think they expected that result themselves. Everyone understands that the crowd and officiating pressure will favor the hosts. As the saying goes, against the home team, if one red card isn't enough, they'll find a reason for two.
That's why I think Australia may eventually accept the idea that they should save their energy for Paraguay. To be honest, with 3 points they have already put themselves in a strong playoff position. A draw against Paraguay later would suit them just fine. This is a host nation's match, and the show must go on.

Czech Republic – South Africa 2–0
Handicap 1 (0) 1.4
Czech Republic over 1 goal 1.4
Czech Republic before 75th minute over 0.5 1.45
1X and total over 1.5 1.68, or for higher odds: home win (P1) and total over 1.5 2.45
South Africa have 2 key defenders suspended after red cards.
Patrick Schick (Czech Republic) – Lukas Provod (Czech Republic) over 0.5 1.88
High probability of a header goal – yes. The Czechs play a physical, “route one” style. There will be many crosses to Schick and a decent number of corners. South Africa are also big, physical players and could threaten from set pieces with a header as well.
South Africa over 1.5 yellow cards 1.65
Czech Republic shots on target over 4 1.55
Over 2.5 offsides 1.51
Switzerland – Bosnia 1–0
The odds on +1.5 handicap increased throughout the day. There is heavy money coming in on Switzerland today.<

Spain – Cape Verde 3–0 / 4–1
Matchday 1 of the 2026 World Cup group stage in Group H between Spain and Cape Verde will kick off today, June 15, at 19:00 local time at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
This is a classic matchup between a favorite and a World Cup debutant, shaping the tactical structure and odds for statistical markets.
Main predictions: result and totals
Result: Spain win.
The level of the reigning European champions is far superior to the debutants. Analysts estimate Spain’s (“La Roja”) win probability at 87%. A pragmatic, controlled performance by Luis de la Fuente is expected without unnecessary risk. Most likely score: 3–0.

Germany – Curaçao
What can you even say here? The challenge is guessing how many goals Germany will score against a team that nobody really knows. And those "nobodies" were mostly born and raised in the Netherlands. So basically, it's the Netherlands B team, but on a budget.
Did you watch yesterday's matches? Switzerland and Turkey had huge advantages and still managed to throw their games away. How do teams manage to bottle matches while having 80% possession? Oscar-worthy performances. So if Curaçao somehow manages to grab a point here, I don't think anyone would be shocked anymore.
But let's talk football.
Let's compare the squad values. Germany's 26-man squad is worth around a billion dollars. Curaçao's squad is worth about $25 million. That's a 40-to-1 ratio, so theoretically the score should be 40-0. But this is football, and many national teams have mastered the art of spending 96
